21st Century Group is a group of residential property companies specialising in the development and refurbishment of luxurious apartments and houses in the prime London locations to include Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Covent Garden and the leafy suburbs such as Richmond and Wimbledon.

We work with a team of highly specialised architects, designers, project managers and builders; to produce properties of the highest standard using a collaboration of styles, technology and design. In recent years 21st Century Group has been involved in sympathetically reconfiguring traditional listed buildings. We combine contemporary themes incorporating open, functional space with paradoxical ideas such as traditional cornicing, rich textual fabrics and elegant furnishings.
